These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of digital e-books offered by Delsol Corporation NV, doing business as Delsol Law & Tax, Paassen Delsol Tax Lawyers and Digital Nomads Tax Advisors ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell digital e-books in PDF format. All products are described on the home page. Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
3. Digital delivery
After Paddle confirms your payment, you receive immediate access to a download page with a time-limited link to your e-book. It is your responsibility to download and save the file right away. We do not re-send files or issue replacement links.
4. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, and customer service inquiries related to payments, billing, and refunds. 5. License and intellectual property
When you purchase an e-book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for your own reading and reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share publicly, or create derivative works from our e-books. All content, branding, and intellectual property remain the property of Delsol Corporation NV.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website or our products. Misuse includes unlawful use, fraud, spam, intellectual property infringement, security interference, reverse engineering, scraping, or any activity that harms our systems or other users.
7. Service level
We aim to keep the website and checkout available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update, change, or remove products and content at any time.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or products for material breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, security risks, or repeated misuse.
9. Disclaimer
