Refund Policy

1. Digital delivery

All e-books sold on this site are digital products. After Paddle confirms your payment, you are redirected to a success page where you can download your file immediately. The download link is active for a limited time. Please save the PDF to your own device right away.

2. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your order date. Refund requests are reviewed and handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in line with their buyer protection standards.

3. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. To request a refund, contact Paddle support with your order details. We do not handle refunds directly.

4. Download links

Each download link is valid for 24 hours. If your link has expired, you can request a new one at any time via the downloads page using the email address from your order. If a refund is granted, access to the files is revoked.
